Jewerly: Before we ship any products out, We inspect them to ensure you receive the best quality possible. Currently we are only accepting exchanges if the product you received is damaged during the shipment process. We will provide you with a free shipping label to return back to us and we will replace your item once inspected and received. Must email us 1-2 days after product is received to file claim. Please ensure to submit order# number along with the description of the problem you are having with your item.Â
If your purchased a solid gold item and wish to exchange you have 20 days from purchase date as we can offer price of gold you purchased with. Gold prices go up everyday and in order to offer same price we can up to 20days of purchase .Â
All custom jewelry pieces are final sale and can only be repaired in part of our warranty policy.

Warranty Policy: As part of your purchase we want to ensure that you feel secure and satisfied with your new jewelry pieces. We offer free repairs, free resizing on ALL jewelry pieces including 18k, 14k gold filled pieces. Any items that have fallen off such as charms are not covered in the warranty policy and would have to be purchased separately for replacing. Any 14k gold filled jewelry that is purchased has a minimum 5 year warranty that means no tarnish made for everyday year.Â
