Accessories/shoes: Before we ship any products out we inspect them to ensure you receive the best quality possible. Currently, we are only accepting exchanges if the product you received is damaged during the shipment process. All tags must still be on the product and we will provide you with a free shipping label to return back to us and we will replace your item once inspected and received. Must email us 1-2 days after product is received to file claim.

Clothing:
Before we ship any products out we inspect them to ensure you receive the best quality possible. Yes! We are accepting returns with store credit only . Store credit is accepted 2 weeks from the tracking date states it was received. All clothing must be unworn with tags attached. Customer is responsible for shipping fees back to us. If any item is damaged please message us 1-2 days once product is received, we will provide a free shipping label for any damaged items and we will exchange the item once we received it.

Clearance/Sale items are final sale, no exceptions.

How long will it take to receive my order?

-Domestic orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday thru Saturday). We are closed on Sundays and holidays. International orders are processed between 1-3 business days. Ship time for U.S. orders is 3-5 business days depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office. International ship time is between 1-4 weeks depending on your location and efficiency of your local post office.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOM/DUTY TAX FEES CHARGED BY YOUR LOCAL GOVERNMENT. THESE FEES ARE NOT CHARGED BY US BUT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT INSTEAD. PLEASE CHECK IN WITH YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE TO VIEW THEIR FEE CHART. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THESE FEES BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT APPLIED ON OUR BEHALF NOR ARE THE FEES PAID TRANSFERRED TO OUR ACCOUNTS.

I received my package a while ago, but I just tried on the items and want to exchange or noticed a defect!

-We kindly ask that you try on and inspect your items as soon as they are received. We do not accept returns past the 2-week mark or damaged item claims past 1-2 days from receiving the item(s)We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us at customersupport@opacollection.com 


 My package has been lost/stolen. What should I do?
⁃ please make sure that you entered the correct shipping address. Make sure to contact us if you haven’t received your product from the stated tracking number. We will then file a claim with the mailing provider and submit an investigation. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive a response.
We will not look into any lost or stolen packages that were not reported 1-2 days from the tracking number stated received.

How often do you restock?
⁃ Thank you for supporting our brand! We currently don’t have exact dates on restocks but you can always email us with your favorite styles and we can add to our restock list. Restocking any products takes about 1-4 weeks.
